SUB-FLOOR PLENUM AREA & COMPUTER ROOM FLOOR

Sub Floor:

Under floor area is thoroughly vacuumed using a special filtered 3 stage vacuum system
Dirt, dust and debris are removed
Stringer structure, bases, and support legs are cleaned and treated

Above Floor:

Raised tiles are tac cleaned followed by use of Specially Filtered Vacuum System
Tiles are then neutralized for corrosives. Only Amine free and non-ammoniated products are used (recommended by IBM Corporation)
As required, non-conductive low RPM floor machines are employed
All cleaning solutions are non-toxic and anti-static

Additional Special Services
